In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, Aya Mexibus SA de CV notifies the OWNERS that the Personal Data will be treated with strict confidentiality, and its use will be limited to the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.

          • Sensitive Data Clause: In the event that the company requires information considered sensitive (such as health data, financial statements, debit or credit card information, biometric data, among others), said request will be made solely for the purpose of complying with the necessary obligations and for the specific purpose for which it is requested.
          • Audio and video surveillance systems: We implement audio and video surveillance systems to ensure security within our facilities, protect assets and safeguard the integrity of people. The information collected is handled in a highly confidential manner and is used solely for these purposes.
